These terms and conditions (“Heavohealth Terms”) govern Your access to and use of the Heavohealth website, mobile web, and mobile applications (collectively, the “Platform”), operated by Heavohealth Private Limited and/or its authorized partners. By accessing or using the Platform, You agree to be bound by these Terms.
This document is an electronic record under the Information Technology Act, 2000 and rules thereunder.
All information, tools, guidance, and materials on the Platform are for educational and informational purposes only. They are not a substitute for professional medical advice. Self-diagnosis or self-treatment is strictly discouraged.
Heavohealth provides access to registered medical practitioners (“RMPs”) and healthcare coaches. Listing of practitioners on the Platform does not constitute a recommendation or endorsement. Appointments booked through the Platform are voluntary and initiated by You.
By using Heavohealth Services, You provide consent to:
You may create sub-accounts for family members or dependents (“Secondary Users”). You confirm that:
Notifications regarding appointments, reports, or reminders may be sent directly to Secondary Users.
Subscription-based programs for diabetes and pre-diabetes care. May include: CGM sensors, glucometers, other devices, tele-consultations with RMPs, health coaching, diet planning, diagnostic tests, and lifestyle interventions.
Diabetes Reversal definition: Maintaining HbA1c below 6.5% with elimination of most glycemic control medications. Reversal depends on adherence and individual factors; no cure is guaranteed.
Programs like Heavohealth Ultra include devices, coaching, nutrition plans, fitness modules, and optional lifestyle experiments (changes in diet, sleep, physical activity). Participation is optional, and results may vary.
Tele-consultations are provided by RMPs based on Medical Records shared by You. Accuracy depends on the completeness of shared data.
Partner clinics provide tests. Reports are available on the Platform. Third-party sharing requires consent unless mandated by law.
Devices provided by partners are governed by the manufacturer’s terms and conditions.
Enrollment requires medical assessment, eligibility confirmation by an RMP, and adherence to clinical protocols.
You may cancel or reschedule in accordance with timelines displayed on the Platform.
Late cancellations may not be eligible for refunds. We are not liable for inconvenience causing appointment changes.
Payments must be made via authorized Platform methods. Fees are advance and typically non-refundable.
Heavohealth grants a limited license to use the Platform. Users must not:
All Content is property of Heavohealth. Unauthorized use of trademarks, logos, and materials is prohibited.
Platform and Services are "as is". Medical advice is provided by RMPs, who are solely responsible for clinical decisions.
You agree to indemnify Heavohealth for claims arising from Your breach or misuse. Liability for incorrect test results is limited to retesting.
Violations may result in suspension/termination. We may pursue legal remedies.
You may terminate by discontinuing use. We may terminate for breach. Payment obligations remain for availed services.
By using the Platform, you consent to receive SMS/Email updates.
Governed by laws of India. Courts in New Delhi have exclusive jurisdiction.
